I am clever

I am really chuffed with myself over the progress on the "little skater" glove by Vintage Purls.
I am also using one of Vintage Purls yarns to knit the gloves with (the main colour) - I highly recommend her yarn and at $NZ22 for a skein of sock yarn, is is really great value for an independant dyer in New Zealand.
I must say that a week ago I totally would have thought a project such as this was beyond me. It was fab for my cousin to say "go on, try it. You can do it" and partake in the KAL.

I still don't know if I am hugely keen on provisional cast on or hemming though...

  8. It's a great feeling when people encourage you to try
something because they think you can do it. Nothing like
positive people. A great little project by the way. Well done.
    Cheers, Anita.
